Scheduler or Planner analyzes and develops weekly recommendations for scheduling and uses staffing requirements, call center and operations schedules to determine required staffing levels to ensure the organization's ability to meet operational commitments

Responsibilities and scope of work

  • Accurately determine how many employees are required for a particular job at any given time.
  • Use trends and reports to forecast requirements
  • Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined herein, but which are logically and properly inherent to the position.
  • Produce and process schedules and reports as they are requested by clients
  • Work closely with the operations team to analyze and help improve their delivery processes

Basic Qualifications

  • Have experience in scheduling or capacity planning
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks
  • With working experience creating MS excel reports and templates
  • Strong organizational skills and with good analytical skills
  • Able to communicate professionally - oral and written
  • Organized with the ability to adapt to change quickly and effectively
  • Excellent attendance record
