We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the senior project management team in ensuring that client requirements are met within budget, scope, and timeline constraints. Key responsibilities include assisting in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and communication with stakeholders. The Junior Project Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and milestones in coordination with senior project managers and stakeholders.
  • Resource Allocation: Work with the project team to allocate resources effectively, ensuring the right skills are available at the right time.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations by conducting thorough reviews, audits and testing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in project management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
