What you will do as a Client Care Associate:

  • Handles all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Answers inbound customer calls and effectively responds to clients’ inquiries.
  • Ensures the resolution of client concerns/inquiries, whenever possible.

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills
  • Willing to work on night shift, shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
  • With or without BPO experience
  • With financial account experience is an advantage
  • With good to excellent communication skills
  • Able to work on-site
